Let's take a closer look at these pictures.

Jamal

Jamal is watering sunflowers. The tallest sunflower on record was over 30 feet tall. That's bigger than many houses! A single sunflower can have as many as 2,000 seeds.

Isabella

Isabella is singing. When you sing, over 100 muscles in your neck, jaw, lips, and tongue all have to work together. Singing can help your mood and your memory. It's also a great way to let your energy out.

Min

Min is drawing a flying pig. People sometimes say "when pigs fly" to talk about something that will never happen. Do you like to draw? Drawing is a great activity that can relax you and help you express your feelings.

Carter

Carter is training his dog. Carter's dog has one paw that is all white. That reminds Carter of his own leg. Carter was born with PFFD and has one leg that is shorter than the other. The 'foot over foot' prosthesis that Carter uses helps him walk, run, and play.

Navi

Navi is on the swing. A 12-year-old from New York broke the world record for the longest time on the swing by swinging for more than 36 hours straight!
